Wesleyan's Madden Captures Four Gold Medals, Sets Two Meet Records at Bay State Games
MIDDLETOWN, Conn. - Competing in the annual Bay State Games over the weekend of Sat.-Sun., July 11-12, 2009, Wesleyan junior Cara Madden captured four gold medals in swimming while establishing two meet record in the masters (ages 19-34) division. Races for the 2009 Bay State Games were held at the Blodgett Pool at Harvard University.

Trinity's Samarth, Amherst's Robinson Named to CoSIDA Academic All-America Men's At-Large Team
TOWSON, Md. - Seniors Gautam Samarth (Pune, India) of Trinity and Kai Robinson (Vashon, Wash.) of Amherst were selected as Academic All-America by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) on Tuesday, June 9. The two individuals were members of the College Division Men's At-Large Teams, with Samarth earning First Team honors and Robinson garnering Second Team recognition.
