Peter ('07) and Tom Graves ('05) will make up both halves of the US double sculls pair, while Brian DeRegt ('09) will row as a member of the US lightweight men's four crew without coxswain.</description>

Tynan steps into the position occupied by Beth Emery from 1988 through 2008 and covered on an interim basis by Brian Dawe in 2008-09.</description>

Because of this, the 2009 NESCAC Rowing Champions were determined by the New England Rowing Championship (NERC) results that occurred at Lake Quinsigamond in Worcester, Mass., on May 2, with the Williams men's &amp; women's rowing team earning the conference championship.</description>

The Trinity Men's Rowing team was crowned the 2007 NESCAC Champion for the third year in a row after the Bantams recorded a time of 6:02.692 in the varsity eight grand final. The Williams Women's Rowing team secured its second-straight NESCAC title and third overall with a 6:58.624 time in the varsity eight grand final.</description>
