      <description>HADLEY, Mass. - Colby sophomore forward Marissa Simmons (Chestnut Hill, Mass.) and Williams senior goaltender Sara Plunkett (Barrington, R.I.) shared NESCAC Players of the Week for Nov. 23, 2009. Simmons had both Colby goals in a 2-1 come-from-behind victory over New England College on Saturday. Plunkett stopped all 65 shots she faced this past weekend, helping her Eph squad post a 2-0 win over Hamilton on Friday and a 5-0 victory against Connecticut College on Saturday.</description>

      <description>HADLEY, Mass. - Colby senior forward Adam Choice (Newport, R.I.) was selected as NESCAC Player of the Week for Nov. 23, 2009. Choice poured in 24 of his game-high 26 points in the second half to lead the Mules back from a 31-19 halftime deficit to a 75-62 win at Rhode Island Col. on Saturday. Choice went 8-for-12 from the floor in the second half and finished with a .421 shooting percentage (8-for-19). He also grabbed 11 rebounds, added six assists and two steals.</description>

      <description>HADLEY, Mass. - Junior goaltender Wesley Vesprini (Lexington, Mass.) of Trinity came away as the NESCAC Player of the Week for Nov. 23, 2009. Vesprini stopped 61 of 63 shots faced (.968) as he helped the Bantams pick up two road victories to start the season in NESCAC play. On Friday at Hamilton, Vesprini made 27 saves while allowing two goals in a 6-2 win for Trinity. Saturday afternoon at defending NESCAC champ Amherst, Vesprini turned aside 34 shots, including 15 in the first period, for a 2-0 shutout victory over the Lord Jeffs.</description>

Hart averaged 23.0 points as she went 17-for-28 from the floor (.607) and 9-for-13 from beyond the arc (.692) during a 1-1 weekend for the Jumbos at the Rino's Pizza Classic at New Paltz St. She had 31 points - one of the top 15 games in Tufts history - during a 80-78, double-overtime loss to the hosts on Friday.</description>

Wesleyan saw its remarkable season draw to a close in double-overtime on Saturday against Rochester. The Yellowjackets scored 38 seconds into the second extra session to secure a 2-1 victory.</description>

Walsh won the 100 and 200-yard backstroke events in 52.07 and 1:57.49, respectively, and was also the leadoff man for the 200-yard medley and freestyle relays.Colker-Eybel finished first in the 200-yard freestyle and the 200-yard IM events during the Cardinals meet at Bates over the weekend.</description>

The Ephs came in second to North Central (50 points) with a score of 181. On the Women's side, Middlebury College came in fourth at the 2009 NCAA Women's Cross Country Championship. The Panthers finished the meet with 245 points, as Wis.-Eau Claire claimed its first NCAA title with a score of 171.</description>
